These terms govern your use of smr3.co.uk and the sale of products by SMR3 Limited (company number 14614122), registered in England & Wales, based in Harrow, London. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it — including, without limitation, by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping content for commercial reuse. We reserve the right to suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Content on smr3.co.uk (text, images, logos, structure) is owned by or licensed to SMR3 and is protected by UK and international copyright. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted; reproduction for other purposes requires written consent.
Placing an order is an offer to buy a product at the listed price. A contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
We will send a separate dispatch email when your order leaves our warehouse.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include VAT where applicable at the prevailing UK rate. Delivery, where charged separately, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections via our payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses in mainland UK. Express and tracked options are available for an additional charge at checkout. Most orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; delivery usually takes 1–3 working days thereafter. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you bought as a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Goods must be returned in as-new condition with original packaging and accessories.

All products are covered by their manufacturer's UK warranty (typically 12 months from purchase). In addition, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply — goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item develops a fault, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with those rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price you paid for the affected goods.
We are not liable for business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings). This website is intended for consumers; if you buy in the course of a business, different terms apply on request.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including supplier failure, carrier disruption, network or power outages, pandemic, or government action. Where such an event significantly affects your order, we will contact you to agree an alternative.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always published at smr3.co.uk/terms.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any claims may be brought in the courts of England & Wales; if you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
